Week Six – Sunrise
Week Six – Sunrise.Okay, I admit that I rearranged my weekly photo assignments to correspond with to my trip to Florida. But can you blame me? The small black spec near the horizon line is a dolphin that joined us for the sunrise. It was magical!
Week One – Backyard Nature
Yes! I have returned to my beloved photo blog. After a long hiatus I am back to taking photos for fun! This year I will be posting photos on a weekly basis instead of every day. Look for those new photos every Friday. I have created a list of topics to help guide me. If you’re interested in the list, please email me and I will be happy to share it with you. Ok, see you next week!
Day 361 – Leaving the house, we noticed two visitors to our neighborhood. Guess they were using the roof for heat on this cold Georgia morning.
Day 348 – A break in the rain today brought out this beautiful red cardinal.
Day 345 – You never know who you’re going to meet on your way to where you’re going.
On The Look Out
Day 343 – I looked out my window and saw these two in a tree some distance away. They perched there for quite some time. They reminded me of sentinels carefully patrolling the landscape from above.
Day 335 – Looking at this photo I realize that the photographer and the hunter use the same vantage point sometimes. But we are there for very different reasons.
Day 331 – I found the orb spider in the garden. No, I did not get this close. This is zoomed in from a larger photo.
Dinner is Served
Day 330 – A beautifully warm autumn day has brought the birds out to the feeder.
Day 325 – There are great views of the migrating geese throughout the city.
